Celebrity Photo Editing Android App

I'm looking for a skilled Android developer to create an application that allows users to search for celebrity images and edit their own photos with these images.

Once the user selects the celebrity image, celerity's image background will be removed, and the front camera opened with image. You need to use any API for image search and background removal.
There are some other features in the app, i.e., photo collage and hoading frames, which we will add later.

- Add featues like filter, sticker, text etc. after taking photo.

Notes:
1. Application should supports latest Android Version.
2. Build size should not be larger than 15 MB
3. Desing App with material design
4. Add click effects or animation on button click
5. Admob integration

Ideal skills for the job include:
- Proficiency in Android app development.
- Experience with photo editing software development.
- Skills in UI/UX design to create a user-friendly interface.
- Knowledge of integrating API's functionalities.

A portfolio showcasing similar projects will be highly advantageous.
