CashApp like P2P clone with Crypto features

Hello- I am looking to build a P2P banking, crypto and loan app for android IOS and the web.
I have 6 days and a budget of $850 to do such.
My main goal is to have a P2p loan, where we take 10%, coupled with a CashApp style system paid to our PayPal account.
I would like users to be able to buy, loan and sell Fiat, Crypto (BTC,LTC,ETH) as a part of it, but I would like for a 15% markup from market value.
I need these services no later than Friday July 23rd,2021 at 2:00 EST due to the needs of my CEO
