I’m looking to create a carpooling mobile application tailored to the needs of software employees commuting daily between a medium-sized town and a nearby metropolitan city. Here’s the problem we aim to solve:

Many software professionals in the town commute to the city for work. To coordinate their travel, we’ve been using a WhatsApp group where:

Car owners post details of available rides, including the departure time, number of vacant seats, and pickup/drop-off points.

Other users respond to these posts if they’d like to join.

Car owners confirm seat bookings by interacting with the responses (e.g., liking messages or replying).

Fixed ticket costs are determined based on the pickup and drop-off locations.

While this system works manually, I need a mobile application to make this process smoother, more efficient, and automated.

Requirements:

Logo and App Name: Design a simple and professional logo and suggest a suitable name for the app.

App Development:

A user-friendly interface compatible with all mobile devices.

User authentication through email or mobile number.

Features allowing car owners to post ride details and passengers to request/book seats.

Data Management:

Store user data, commute details, and other relevant information in a secure location for future use.

Deployment: Publish the app on the Google Play Store.

Ownership: I need full ownership of the app, including all source code (development code, database retrieval mechanisms, etc.).

About Me: I’m an individual software professional and not affiliated with an organization. While I have the vision for this app, I lack the technical expertise to develop and implement it myself.
