Carpooling App Development - Android & iOS

I am seeking an experienced developer to create a carpooling app akin to BlaBlaCar for both Android and iOS platforms. The app should have an array of features including ride search, booking, payment, ratings, and chat.

Key Features:
- Driver verification: Implement a robust system for verifying drivers.
- In-app customer support: Develop a seamless customer support feature within the app.
- Push notifications: Keep users updated with timely push notifications.

Language Support:
The app needs to support multiple languages including:
- Arabic (RTL)
- English
- Urdu (RTL)
- Hindi
- Filipino

Preferred Technologies:
I strongly prefer using Flutter or React Native for this project to ensure smooth performance and compatibility across both platforms.

Login Options:
The app should support login via Email and password only.

Payment Processing:
Payment processing should be capable of handling Credit/Debit card and Bank transfer transactions.
