3D Car and bike Dealership Business Mobile Game

I'm looking for a developer to create a simple 3D car and bike dealership business mobile game for Android. The game will feature a small map with a big showroom to store real-life cars and bikes, particularly focusing on Indian cars and bike brands, buy 2nd hand cars and customize it and sell it .
Key Features:
- Freemode or missions : only direct missions no story
- Drive cars and bikes.
- Promote Business : player can post ad on in game social media or Distribute Pamphlet ( no cutscene just click kn purchase and you will automatically get customers )
- Buy and sell vehicles.
- In-app purchases for upgrades , in game token , member pass , subscription , premium cars and bikes , unlock bikes , extra discounts , high price car and bikes buying customers , hire staff who can bring car to you insted of making you drive the car to showroom or call the two truck , unlock premium features , unlock showroom floors , customizations and performance (e.g., spoilers, engine , neon lights etc ) .
- Ads integrated ( banner ads , video ads , reward ads , background ads )
- Bargain option while buying the car and customer can bargain while buying the car from you
- High-quality (on cars and bikes) , smooth driving and walking experience.
- Cutscenes: two truck , when customer purchased the vehicle from showroom and going outside .
- Levels: When reached at 2nd and more level player will get reward and if they purchased subscription or memeber pass then extra rewards for those ( total levels 200 )
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in mobile game development, especially on Android.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and animation.
- Knowledge of integrating in-app purchases and ads.
- Ability to create smooth driving mechanics and engaging cutscenes.
- Familiarity with car and bike customization.
