Camera app with specific features

Hello developers,
We are an e-commerce seller selling on Amazon and other market places.
We have to keep video data of all our dispatch shipments and return unpack shipments in order to claim further for any damages or frauds.
The current problem we are facing is that it takes more than 1 hour of daily to save these videos then enter the video data to excel file by their name and shipment id.
We need an Android camera app with all existing camera features works/perform similar to stock Android camera app just few more features added
Below are the additional features required
1. Date and Time stamp
Images clicked and videos recorded must have date and time stamp on them on bottom right corner.
2. To save the file it should ask by which name you want to save it and there must be an option of text scanner (3x0.5 inch frame) in that type field where we can scan the shipment AWB/order id and it must fetch it to that type field quickly and save it automatically.
3. These videos are only 1-1.5 minutes long and takes around 200mb max file size keep that in mind
4. We should also select where to save the file in settings also if external pendrive is connected via OTG it must show to save there as well
5. This app must includes all stock Android features it's just that we are adding these additional features for our productivity boost.
Note: Freelancer must complete if any other things needs to be fixed or change here and there to solve our problem and complete the app.
