Call Recording Android App

I am looking for developer to create an Android app that will allow users to record voip call conversations. The app should be developed for the Android operating system . It should be able to record voip app recordings like whatsapp calls, Telegram calls, zoom, botim etc.

App must have login security i.e one credentials can not be shared with another.

The app must have a simple user interface, and all features must be tested thoroughly before the finalized version is purchased and released.
