CEX wallet like binance, bybit
Budget: $10 – $20 USD
I am seeking for a talanted developer with experience (could be new freelancer but not new programmer) to make me a fully functionable centralized crypto wallet functionality and design like binance and bybit. Ideal candidate must have experience with binance or bybit, crypto, website and mobile apps
Flutter is prefferable because it is multi-platform
This project consists of three parts:
- backend (Python, PHP, Java or JS)
- website (HTML, CSS and JS)
- mobile app (Flutter, Kotlin or Java)
Website should have:
- login with qr code (scanned by mobile app)
Admin panel (only web):
Change name (for now give it "crypto" name)

Fees:
Deposit only fee from both_have(3)
Withdraw crypto fee coming from blockchain + 0.5 usd
Mobile app should have:
Pay with google pay
Both should have:
1 Fee predict mine + not mine(if there is)
2 Pay with credit or debit card
3 Deposit to const users deposit wallet and then get money from there transfer to cex wallet and increase user balance in database
4 every action is logged for safety and security
5. Login Register google or email password
6 Security panel, two factor auth required, authentificator app(google, microsoft, etc), email otp
7. ID verification and (Address verification functionality is optionable) from third party free api stripe preferrable, can add you as developer in my stripe
8 password recovery or change with id card or other id confirm document with stripe prefferable
9 user center Names, phone for otp(not now,activatable from admin panel), email for otp, etc
10 view balance multiple accounts (financing default, trading only for trading, earn when staking staking fee 3% of profit) easy transfers(only in database as this is cex)
11 withdraw decrease from db and give money from cex
Cex wallets different for every crypto but user has them without network so deposit polygon withdraw ethereum if the currency(example usdt) is same is supported but check if there are enough assets from the other specific wallet for cex
Also use testnet faucets to make testnet mode cex wallets have some assets and give me private key to import 5 wallets you created and filled with testnet from faucets to test. You also need to test. Anything must be perfect when talking about money
