Building a native android application with Google Sign In

The task is to build an application which will ask the user to sign in with Google Sign In authentication, once the user gives the consent the application will get access to specific Google sheets API's, the user should be shown consent screen for accessing Google API's once the consent is given the applications should show a list view of Google Sheets, once the user selects a specific sheet, the application should be able to add records into specific sheet, the application should have an option to create a new sheet , once the user creates a new sheet the sheet should show in the listview.
