Building database website with graphical presentation & it's corresponding ANDRIOD APP

1. Need to get website developed with given dataset in excel.
2. Same should be data protected with no screenshot permission and nobody could copy or scrap data
3. Website should be able to generate pie-charts & graphs automatically from given data
4. Could also be accessed in android app
5. App & Website Should have option to search & display record by given search parameter
6. App & Website to have option of redressing customer grievances/lodging customer problems which are to be notified through WhatsApp and email
