Building a Mobile APP with Quranic Arabic Fonts

Dear sir,
We are looking for a app developer for Android and OS for the following work:-
1) We will provide in English . the wordings of Duas (Supplications) / Quran Ayats etc, these are to be converted into Arabic Text (Quran type Fonts for easily readable etc).
2) Create an app for with the above Texts for both Android and OS.
NOTE: Quranic Arabic Fonts is very important. Normal arabic fonts wont be accepted.
