About the Company

We are building India’s first platform to aggregate offline gaming stations (PS4 / PS5 /gaming parlours) — enabling users to discover, book, and pay for gaming sessions, while helping gaming station owners manage slots, pricing, and revenue digitally.

This is a consumer + SaaS + marketplace platform, starting city-by-city with strong unit economics.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who will design, build, and own the core technology of our platform.

This role is ideal for someone who:

1. Loves building real products end-to-end
2. Has led small teams or modules
3. Wants high ownership without full CTO responsibilities (yet)

You will work closely with the founders on product decisions and execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Development
2. Lead development of mobile applications:
3. Customer app (Android / iOS)
4. Gaming station owner app
5. Build and maintain backend systems for:
6. Slot booking & availability
7. Session timing & extensions
8. Payments, refunds & commissions
9. Ensure no double-booking, data consistency, and reliability



Architecture & Quality

1. Design scalable backend architecture for 100s → 1,000s of gaming stations
2. Choose and maintain the tech stack
3. Write clean, testable, production-grade code
4. Set basic coding standards & review PRs

Product & Collaboration

1. Work closely with founders on:
2. Feature prioritization
3. MVP vs V2 roadmap
4. Coordinate with UI/UX designers
5. Support QA, bug fixes, and releases
6. Scale & Future Readiness

Build APIs for:

1. Memberships & subscriptions
2. Dynamic pricing (peak / off-peak)
3. Future hardware integrations (timers, routers, smart plugs)
4. Help onboard new developers as the team grows

Required Skills & Experience - Must-Have

1. 4–8 years of hands-on development experience
2. Experience building mobile apps + backend
3. Strong understanding of booking / scheduling / marketplace systems

Experience with:

1. Flutter or React Native
2. Node.js / Django / FastAPI
3. PostgreSQL / Firebase
4. AWS / GCP
5. Experience integrating payment gateways (Razorpay / Stripe)
6. Startup mindset: speed, ownership, problem-solving
7. Payment Integration

Good to Have

1. Experience in gaming, entertainment, hospitality, or SaaS
2. Prior Tech Lead / Senior Engineer experience
3. Exposure to analytics dashboards or admin panels
4. Familiarity with real-time systems or WebSockets
