Building a App

We need an app for workers and employers. Employers should be able to hire workers through the app and the workers should be able to sign up and apply for jobs the functioning of the app should be like a uber, couple. com, etc. After creating the app maybe we would like to connect the website to this app thereof the app has to be connectable to the website.
