Build a small android application in the security field.

My request is to build a small android application in the security field. The purpose of this application is to monitor other applications such as SMS app to prevent a user from clicking a phishing website link, phishing phone number from a dataset. Moreover, the application could monitor the entry field if contains any injection codes. Finally, I need the structure of application how the flow is working and what the java class are used.
