Build simple reunion list for mobile usage

I need very simple mobile app which has a list of old friends as reunion.
*This list should have four columns: name, City, mobile number, email.
*To control the list, We should have three options (Addition , Deletion, share as PDF)
* This list should be used by any mobile Android or iOS
* This list should be simple user-friendly for old people (Above 60 yrs old) so no complications.
* This list should allow Arabic language.
* This list should allow specific administrators with password to control and modify the list
* Attach the initial list for the application
