In the first flow chart (sek), the job seeker starts by signing in or creating an account on the platform. They then upload their resume and search for job openings. They can apply to jobs from the search results, and their list of applied jobs is stored in a job board. They receive notifications about the status of their applications, and can be messaged by the recruiters directly from the platform, and receive an invitation to apply for a job.
In the second flow chart (rec), the recruiter starts by signing in or creating an account on the platform. They then paste a job listing (link) and are notified when the matching process has started. They receive notifications when candidates are matched and a job board is created, which is populated with the matching candidates. The recruiter can then message the candidates and use the "Invitation To Apply" button to move them to a short list on the job board.
