Build a simple QR Code Scanner App for iOS and Android

There are plenty of modules that allow you to do this...we just want someone to build a native app to take control of the camera and scan in QR codes and then send those QR codes to an endpoint. Additionally >
- The return from the server validating its properly scanned should result in the addition of a new row in a table.
- Needs to be formatted properly via our visuals. We can provide you with CSS prebuilt if that helps, I dont know much about building apps...so whatever format you need we can help with.
- Needs a login page
- Needs to be able to click into the table to show all of the table entries that have been scanned
- Needs a settings menu
Thats really it. So login, settings, a main scanning function with control of your camera to scan the QR code, and then a table full of the results as they happen and the ability to slightly manipulate that table (like delete a row that was scanned or change quantity).
