Build a security app for Android and iOS

We need someone who can develop a security app for us, more details will be disclosed after signing an NDA. Basically the app will be a security app, so hiding notifications, apps and more features that will require permission over other apps. We only take in consideration who will read all description and proving inserting the word "worldwide" within the offer.
