Build & release an Android app from finished Native android code

I am looking to build and release an Android app from finished native android code. This will be used for personal use. I have a source code repository like Github or Bitbucket and I prefer Gradle to Maven. In order to carry out the project successfully, I would like to find an experienced freelancer in the field with a proficient knowledge of both Android Studio and Git. The freelancer should be able to deploy a production-ready APK with minimal errors.
