Build me a real estate project application
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
We are looking for an Android App Developer who could build a fully functioning Real Estate project app to show case the project to Prospects, get in touch with the Prospect via the app by the employees or marketing executives, etc.
End-Users:
1. Prospects or Potential Clients/Customers in simple words, General public
2. Employees of the organisation to manage and contact the leads
Example Pages or features:
1. A login and Signup page where prospects can signup/login to their dashboard
2. Project showcase pages which showcases the all details about the project including Descriptions, Pictures, Videos, Brochures, Layouts etc
3. A page for Employees where they can see a list of leads and call them via the app, add notes to the lead, CRUD one or more leads, etc
4. Trigger notifications to Employees when a prospect logins so that it can become a lead
Please find some basic design to give you an idea on what we are looking for.
NOTE:
You, as an Android developer, do not have to develop the Backend architecture or APIs required for the functionalities to work. Work with our backend development team to design the Front end UI and UX to integrate with the backend APIs we write for the app to work as expected.
Requirements:

. at least 4 years of experience in turning an Idea into a fully functioning mobile application
. excellent knowledge on functionalities offered by the Android to create what we are looking for
. excellent UI designing skills keeping the target audience in mind
. excellent communication to team up with the backend developers to integrate the necessary technologies
# Unlimited revisions until the product turned out to be exactly what we are looking for
# Timely bug fixes and maintenance
