Build a price comparison app

A price comparison app that will have an introductory splash page and use phone cam to scan product serial number where ever you are and retrieve aradamart.net Price with products details, versions, similar items and image. Customer can also search in search bar. Plus a “Buy Now On Arada Mart” button that will redirect to Aradamart.net website product page. In addition, a feature that will allow users to select or enter where they are shopping and enter the price to get rewards. A warning message about fake entries.
Monetization features: Google ads, without ads monthly fee and monthly fee for more than 500 price comparisons.
App has to work offline with push notifications for price updates and alerts. App also has to support local languages like Amharic.
Would also like to add smart pricing so when more people use it for example someone entering a juice price and few minutes later another compares same juice from the same store on the app the price slightly decreases if the store price is better and increases If the arada price is better. This way we can always show a lower price and compensate when our difference is big.
