Build me a mobile application

I am a dentist. I want a phone application, where i can upload numerous videos in the application about dentistry works. I want people to log in and have an account. In other part I want dentists to have their accounts also. I want patients to describe their problems or even upload their image or video of the problem. And find best dentist for them. Patients then be able to give review and feedback. Later i want to have a place for advertisement
