Build me a mobile app for blindfolded chess

The concept of this chess app is, that you can play blindfolded, and you can only play the moves by voice commands and hear your opponent’s moves.
. It must have online played with people.
. It must also have offline with level-based AI computer.
. During the online gaming must store the data while connection is corrupted.
. For online gaming all users must have user account.
. The application must allow both android and iOS platform.
. For online mode : players first give command by voice then it will be confirmed by the application for both android and iOS.
.The application must also give one time return during any misspelled moves.
.The app must also provide hints and tips for wrongly moved pieces.
.The application must be available in any conditions or any operating systems.
.The graphical interface must also be acceptable and understandable.
.The chess board during the game must be empty (without pieces) and board must contain coordinates.
. For reviewing old games, the app must provide the game moves with pieces and notations.
Overall the app must deliver real life experience of blindfolded chess.
