Build me a mobile app for Android and IOS

I am writing you this text to explain what I need for my business and to see if you can do this for me.
So I run a business for promoting online events. I need a mobile app, both for Android and IOS. In the app the user can see events from major cities in Europe and he can also create an account. ( also the option to log in using google/facebook ). If the user creates an account, he can also post events for a fee. When creating the account, the user can add a profile picture and select his country. On the main screen, there will be a section where the user has to select a city and a timeperiod in which he wants to see all the available events. He can also select a few more filters so the search will be more easy. When the user sees an event he wants to attend, he can click on it and will be redirected on another screen. On that screen he will see more details, live location on map, the profile of the person that posted the event and also the people that are interested in going at the event.
And also there will be displayed more similar events. I also want to have a few ads inside the app. The user will also be able to add the events to their favourites list and get notified before an event starts. ( the app would be similar to booking.com but only with the features I described to you. )
