Build me a mobile app

A mountain bike based application that is aimed at connecting the individual with the right mountain bike. As a concept app product, my goal is to get the top 15-20 mountain bike brands and within their websites get the details of each of their mountain bikes being offered. Then the user can use the app to find the perfect mountain bike that suits his/her needs. Example: User inputs "full / front suspension", "electric / analog " Bike, "XC/DH/Enduro" riding, "smooth/technical/park" riding style "Location of Rider" CA, WA, AZ, etc, "inseam" Information... ETC
The programmer can get all of the bike information from the top brands, enabling the user to input information in and find the perfect bike catered to his riding style.
