Build me a mobile app

So i want an app which help me to share my stock research ideas to my clients. I need 3 tab, 1st for Equity Ideas, Second for Derivatives and Third for Fixed Income recommendations. This app should be open with login details or finger print. I want to add my GPAY and PAYTM account linked so user can pay the subscription and got my research access.
Only for very serious individual. I am ready to Pay $100 for Development for App.
