Build me a mobile app
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I run a child protection organisation in South Africa. We are overwhelmed with new cases and types of child abuse. I want to prevent cases falling through the cracks because noone is keeping track of reports. I'd like a mobile app for our social workers to record symptoms of abuse in the families they monitor. The app must be able to
(1) display a FAQ page
(2) import 3 lists (names, categories & symptoms of abuse, and escalation rules)
(3) match a symptom to a name
(4) apply an escalation rule (count severity & occurrences & frequency and do nothing or push a notification)
(5) tag the date, place and time (and attach a voice note/picture or video)
(6) colour code the names according to the escalation rules (i.e. the type and frequency of symptoms)
(7) push a notification to another mobile / send an email
(8) export the records on demand and on a designated date to another phone/email address
(9) collect all the reports/voice notes/pictures/video notes by name
(10) save the records to a google drive
(11) display ads
