Build me a lending app

Create a fully digital lending app, loan origination and loan management.
The process -
Customer after downloading the app, will upload his/her selfie, ID card, PDF bank statement, Residence proof.
The application will move to the credit queue, and once approved, the credit ops will upload the agreement for the customer sign digitally.
Once, the loan agreement is signed, disbursement will happen - fund transfer to customer’s bank account.
Ideally, should be able to do an API connection with a ekyc vendor for KYC verification.
I also need basic loan management system (web portal) for loan on ordinary and to track loan performance.
Need multiple user level - can describe over call.
I want it on android.
