Build an iOS/Android App
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
This simple app will allow users track 20 to 30 specific behaviors they identify as problematic.
The behaviors will be selected from a pre-populated list of a few hundred options and/or entered manually.
The app's pre-populated list can be entered and/or modified (prior to download by the user) by the administrator
Each behavior will be tracked using one of a small number of tracking options (present/absent, number of events per time period, difficulty on a scale of 1-5)
Participants will be pinged by the app to consider tracking every 3 or 4 hours while awake.
Results will exportable from the app to the user's mobile device in .doc, .csv and .pdf formats
Results fil;e must be saved on the mobile device in a location that can be easily accessed so the user can upload the file to their medical record via their mobile device.
App must meet HIPAA-compliance standards, which should largely be obtained by simply being self-contained, having no export of data except by direct user choice, and have no communication with other apps or mobile device functions aside from sending the notifications to suggest tracking every 3-4 hours.
And finally, the app must be coded in a way that allows the provider to adjust the pre-populated list of behaviors and make other simple changes as necessary, such as how often the user is notified to track behaviors.
