Build a home care app

I am looking for a skilled developer to build a home care app for both iOS and Android platforms. The most important feature for the app is communication with caregivers.

Additionally, the app should include scheduling appointments and managing medication. I have a specific design in mind for the app and would like a freelancer who can work with my vision. Ideal skills and experience for this project include:

- Strong communication skills to ensure seamless communication between caregivers and patients
- Understanding of scheduling and medication management
- Ability to work closely with design specifications and bring them to life in the app
