Build 10 x 4 grid screen in Android Jetpack Compose

I've built an Android app for Bible quiz, by classic way of views and XML. I would like to convert it to Compose.

Specification:
1. 10 rows, 4 columns
2. first item (syllabus) is always enabled and underlined
3. some books might be disabled
4. there should be a ripple effect on click (see screenshot when "בראשית" is pressed)
5. custom font is attached
6. layout should be from right to left
7. book list is provided in the attached Kotlin file
8. <color name="strokeColor">#daa000</color>
