Build a flutter package or plug-in in dart

Looking for someone to create a flutter package or plug-in in dart. this plug-in will communicate with both iOS and android native API. You must be familiar with dart and flutter, Java and Swift as they are native languages for iOS and android
I have documentation for both native iOS and android API and sample code
