Build a flutter app with text chat and voice calling

Hi, I am looking to make an hybrid app (for ios and android) preferably in Flutter.

In this app you can do one2one text chat and voice call. For this chat user is charged per minute.
It is quite simple app with following functionality:
1. Login/Signup
2. List Users
3. User Profile screen
4. Option to Text and Voice Chat with the user
5. Subscription/Payment screen - This will be a simple screen only. The payment will be handled in the webview. You dont have to work on the functionality inside the webview.
APIs will be provided for the functionality by me. You need to suggest the SDK for voice calling.
I would not like to use firebase database in the app.
