Build my electronic device

I'm looking for someone to help me build a smartwatch (the hardware, not only the software) - it is a simple watch to make simple calculation) of my own design. Although I have some specifications and ideas for the design, I am open to additional input. The platform I want the smartwatch to utilize is non-Android/Apple, so experience working with other platforms is essential. I am seeking experienced professionals who have the skills necessary to create a great device that will meet all my requirements.
