Build me a document storage app

I am looking for someone to build me a document storage and reminder application.
This mobile app (iOS and android) - will be built to allow users to upload their documentation, use OCR to capture the documentation data (eg name, last name, expiry date, passport no, id number etc).
The document will then be store in the rightful directory (the user can create the directory tree). OCR capture will allow reminders to be setup in the calendar.
