Build digital signage system (website and android app)

The purpose of this system is to manage digital signage screens content online. The system has two parts which are a content management website and an app for android tv which display the content.
The android app basically display a unique id of the screen. This id identifies the screen and be used in the website to add the screen. After adding the screen, it will display the playlist content.
The website contains multiple things can be explained in the following points:
Playlists management: add, edit and remove playlists. Each playlist contains contents which can be images or videos. Each content (image/video) must be determined by a time period to show the content. The user can select which screens will show this playlist. Also a schedule can be determine for the playlist. It can be determine by period of time or period of days. By default the playlist will be shown daily all the time. The user can add unlimited playlists.
Screens Management: add, edit and remove screens. Also determine the content playlist for the screen. The data that added with screen are a screen id, a name, a screen location which can be determine by map or a plain text. The user can add unlimited screens.
Users Management: add, edit and remove users who can access the website with all privileges.
Dashboard: this is the main page which display some useful statistics like number of screens online and offline, number of playlists selected. Also the status of each screen if online or not.
