Build a bluetooth mouse for android smartphone

Hi,
I need to build a tiny mouse-like controler for smartphone (android, if posible IOS too) based on a smd joystick, 2 smd buttons and a controller (Bluefruit EZ-Key, PRJC, Arduino or other).
The final tool must allow to smoothly emulate most of the functions of the touchscreen of the smartphone (move left-right / updown, left click, right click, scroll up/down, scroll click...)
The bluetooth connexion must be easy even for anyone
The final goal is to wake up the connected smartphone, log-in, open and control the camera app
