Build me an apps for Malaysia market.

Hello my name is Redzuan, and i’m running one of the establish company that sells vape products in Malaysia.
Problems.
Our business modul is simple, we are selling the device and disposable pods (two different components) which only works together to help people to stop smoking. Since the pods is disposable, the customer need to repurchase it on the average of once a week. Sometimes, they have problems to locate the store since our website is not generating good amount of traffic at the moment or maybe thats because of our culture, we just don’t surf the website to often. And when a customer stop consuming my product, the main reason is that the product availability is not within their reach despite we are having more than 300selling points already.
Ideas.
1. I want to build a location based apps that can help consumer to locate the product through out Malaysia.
2. We want the the consumer to be able to go to the apps using live location and make the search and instantly can spot the nearest shops/outlet that sells our products. We will update on that regularly as the outlet points will be added on weekly basis.
3. Using waze or google map the user can be directly guide to the nearest shops.
4. We require the sign up/login process for every customer/user. Because we want to collect database of every customer that login through the apps to help us with the leads for future marketing plan.
5. We want an apps that will be able to make trace data for every consumer login and from which specific region does the customer login from on daily basis so that we can the insights that will help us overcome our problem even more.
6. The information that requires from the sign up is basic. Name, email, phone number. And also customer id number to make online verification so that we won’t sell vape products to minor or under 18years old.
7. For any updates on the apps, you can either provide me two options. Teach us on how to handle the apps update, or you can keep doing the updates for us but the price must be very reasonable since we are not updating on daily basis.
This is our plan for the year of 2022, and hopefully we will find someone that can help us doing this apps.
