Build an application in Bubble

I want to create a basic application on Bubble which is for my existing town planning service.
The overall goal is to enable a client to request advice or a service and their request is matched with a planner on our system and that planner, then delivers the advice or service through the application.
I have created a basic flow for both the ‘client user’ and the ‘town planner user’.
The client would likely use a web based application, whilst the town planner would be best with a mobile application or a way to send ‘push notifications’ either to mobile or to their email address.
