Build a app for a game

I would like to build a app for iOS and android. The game will be based off of pictures in your camera roll. This will be a multiplayer game with people around you. Eg played with friends, at party’s, ect. It needs to be able to play ads to make a profit and have a premium feature. I can provide a lot more detail on the app if you think you can do this.
