Build me an app for delivery apps with api

I need someone to make me a single page app where api’s are connected to door dash, grub hub, Uber eats, and postmates. The api from that page will read the price and time of delivery when it’s available. A fifth option will appear telling driver / biker / etc telling the driver which option is mathematically best based of total mileage there and back and price average. And a sixth option of just max price.
