Build an app based on a website

I am looking for someone to create an app on IOS and Android that is relatively similar to an existing website. One of the main differences between the app and website will be that the app will have a choice for interval notifications based on a category that is selected. Additionally, the app may need to have a fresh redesign.

Note: The app will not have ad's and will be free for the user.
