Build me an app: a Mobile game for Android

Im looking for a developer(a partner) who can build a trivia game app. An online game where the user play against other users and answer random questions about topics. Im based on Mexico it would be nice if you are based on Mexico too, but not a requirement. I want a closer comunication with the developer, im an UX/UI designer but i need the backend a tech guy.
