Build me an app

I need an app for my iPad to save time when doing estimates for clients (we are a moving company) I want to be able to type their info (name address etc) and have it drop it into a proposal. I want to be able to click on the services they need and enter number of hours for each service which will be internally multiplied by our charge rate and give them a bottom line estimate. The document would summarize what we would do for them, automatically add in some legal info, give them a bottom line number and allow for me to have them sign it digitally to accept it. I would want to be able to email, save and print the estimate.

But with some paragraphs inserted with information which I would provide for you. Total pages, about two. Would have our logo.

Right now I use a word document which I overwrite for each client.
