Build me an app

Hi. I want to establish a start up. The start up will be based on an app. The basic idea of the app is as follows:
The App is designed for restaurants and she will work in that way: all the waiters of the restaurant will install the app in their mobile phones. In the app each waiter will be able to collect orders from the customers. The app will be optimal and friendly use. All the receipts will be loaded into the app, and the waiter will collect the orders much easily. Further more the app will analyse all the relevant data and would conclude what are the most popular kinds of food, which is the most productive waiter etc. each waiter will have a unique profile in the app.
The main targets of the app:
1. To ease the waiters hard work
2. To come up with wise conclusions from the data collected by the waiters by the use of big data and artificial intelligence.
