A location and bluetooth based social media app. I have full presentation which will be sent once we find the suitable candidates for the app. please note the presentation is an extremely rough and basic idea of what we would like our app to look like. Budget is negotiable depending on experience, reviews and reliability. We need the app to be designed from the start right up until being readily available on both iOS and Android app stores.
