Build me an android video encoder SDK
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I need a simple android library for encoding video from camera in real time and streaming it over wifi using multicast UDP.
Requirements:
> Library should have java interface and work on android API 28+
> There should be possibility to set custom udp address and port
> Should work with androidx.camera
> Should support software encoding
> Deley introduced on encoder side should be lower than 150 ms
> Output video must be at least 1920 × 1080p30
> and the MOST IMPORTANT. When I use the app (link below) and type url: udp://238.0.0.1:1234 it have to work.
The library may be based on some open source libraries like Gstreamer, libstreaming, ffmpeg etc...
