Build android and ios apps

we want native android and ios apps for a fintech startup
One app will be for a user and the other for an agent
The user app will do qr code payments, money transfer and tracking, send and request money to registered users, loans, crypto exchange, add bank accounts and wallets, cab hailing and restaurant orders etc.

The agent app will allow agents create agent accounts, credit their agent accounts, do deposits and withdrawal for Users and transfer credit to other agents.

Then the payment gateway to use user payment info and qr code to process payments online, credit card, paypal, mobile money and crypto.
