Build an android and ios app

the android and ios app will be registerd with fmcsa to track certain parameters, i.e Hour of service of american truck and bus drivers, gps , location, engine hours, odometer. The app will also record maintainence data as the overall health of the electronic and mechanical components of the truck like engine components, tire pressure, if any electrical failure, fuel etc. Th app will also be able to transfer data to certain servers of eRODS.
