Build an android application

For this project, I need someone who can create a tutor appointment system app in which the student is presented with the homepage, where he may check his appointments and schedule appointments after logging in. If a student wishes to schedule an appointment with a certain tutor, he must first search for the tutor by name or module. Once they have located their tutor of choice, they will be directed to a check for availability page and a fill-in form. They can chat with the tutor after making an appointment.
Note: the database has to be firebase.
Note: The code must be fully commented
